I do bring my kids for a walk along the canal in shannon harbour and although i dont read to much into this kind of stuff,everytime i walk by the old barracks i get a real nervese feeling around it and my eyes are always drawn to the upstairs windows, its hard to explain but it freaks me out. I have never seen anything its just i get a real edgy feeling walking past it, dont think i would like to go up there at night. There is probably not to many on here that have been there as we are in the sticks! But if there is anyone else who has seen it do you get the same feekling?
