Hey everyone, seeing as everyones talking about these 13 reg changes, i found it a perfect to say what I've noticed.

Can anyone tell why any new car imported into Ireland has skipped numbers as such on the number plates?
Eg: im living in kildare and i see 10KE16001, despite 16000 cars clearly weren't registered in kildare that year. I do admit i have too much time on my hands :)

    Thanks for reading!

Revenue=Laziness= Could'nt give a sh1t. These numbers only apply to used imports.

    Will 131 D 12345 and 132 D 12345 be issued?
