Cracking race. Cant get my head around Pearl secret being 4/1 favourite but anyway, Think Ortensia will take the beating with bated breath a close second.

Horse i like is one i've been following for a while and thats Angels will fall. Put up a decent performance first time out this year against streetwise older sprinters finishing a 1 1/2L 3rd to markab over 6f. She confirmed that promise on her next start winning nicely dropped to 5f in a listed race at Ayr. She then put up a good performance on her latest start finishing just over 2 lengths behind ortensia in a group 2 with quite a few of todays rivals behind. She meets Ortensia on worse terms tomorrow but she's lightly raced and improving so hopefully she'll be able to run into a place tomorrow at 33/1.

Tbh, I took Invincible Ash at 60 yesterday morning before the rain arrived. She probably doesn't have much room for improvement but I think compared to Sole Power shes a huge price. Minimum invested win and place.

Great race! Far side was favoured, near side is worn from two days racing. Spirit Quartz will be a top top sprinter next year. L'Abbaye?
