Just thought you would all be interested at the first test today we achieved 0.8 ACH

This is for a block built, 250mm cav bead filled single storey.

This type of result ONLY happens by meticulous planning, exemplary execution with a maniacal attention to detail.

I can only thank the fab team who are working on my project.

Do you plan on getting this ACH down to passive standards ? Would the cost be worth it ?

We found a few places which needed tweeking/taping/sticking - so that will help - plus the walls are yet to be hardwalled and the floor tiled - both of these will help

Simple things like putting sockets on will also help

So the team beleive that we will easily get down to below 0.6 at the next test
