Looking to buy a good gaming PC in the next year or so.

I didn't really see a PC board in the games section (forgive my ignorance if I missed it) so I might as well go for it here.
I'll probably have around 1000 euros to get myself a gaming PC and am looking for suggestions, processor, graphics card and such seeing as my budget isn't really that much. I'll be happy as long as it will be able to run games like Fallout New Vegas and GTA IV on at least mid-high settings.

In the next year or so? Ask again when it's a month or so. Parts picked now will be outdated in a year.

I'm not really looking to play many new games since most of the new stuff is crap but alright.
