Trying to eat high protein low carb on a max of €30-35 a week for a shop for myself - breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinners !

Recently done a shop in supervalue and found it really expensive! spent up to €40 not including meat or fish!

Where's best / cheapest for buying berries, veg , meat , fresh fish , nuts , salad etc ?

    Thanks

Lidl or Aldi. Keep an eye on Holland and Barrett for their sales. They sell huge bags of raw nuts and big tubs of nut butters etc. Buying in bulk usually works out a lot cheaper. Saw a massive whole turkey breast in Lidl today, was 1kg and only a fiver or something close. You can also buy whole chickens cheaper than their separate parts. Portion up large meat buys and freeze, I find that works out cheaper.

yeah aldi and lidl can be good, if you eat frozen fish the do some decent packs. Their pack of almonds and walnuts can be cheaper then H&B.

Some of our local buthers do great deals mid week, its worth keeping and eye out for them.
