I need to get a new headset for my px. Having checked older threads i know which type i need, my question is (having looked on ribble) - which brand is better to get - cane creek, alpina etc. All seem to be much the same price, any difference between the different brands (even ribbles own brand), or are they all much the same? Cheers! Whats the difference relating to stack height (what does it mean, I mean). Saw this on PX website, have stack height of 8 or 15mm.

    ???

Although you only need the bearings. I haven't removed mine yet, so I don't know the exact dimensions, but you might be able to pick them up for cheap from rotate on the north side of Dublin.

Stack height is the total vertical height, though manufacturers are normally only talking about the actual top cap. 8mm will place your bars lower down with the same amount of spacers than the 15mm one...Unless you want to alter this, use the same top cap, you really just want the bearings.
