    Hi All,

    Have an issue with my account, does anyone know how I can email them? All their "email us" links require you to login to mail them!
    The issue is directly related to logging in i.e. my account is locked somehow!

    I had an issue before similar to that, I have a string of emails back about claims and duplicated accounts but they are all signatured with "don't reply to this email, automated bla bla bla.

    Ring KLM as per above post, usually they will speak far better English than someone at Air France.

    Thanks both, had already been on hold with AF for ages, hopefully KLM side is different.
