    Hi,

Quick question as the search engine did point me in the right direction.

Im wondering is it possible to conduct this yourself without the need to engage a solicitor?

Its in relation to my mother who passed away. There is house to be passed to the sons, some bank accounts. There was no will.

Any links would be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance.
