Diet and Macros for my Mother

Hi guys, I'm concerned about my mothers health and I'm looking for some advise about diet and macros for my mother.

She's overweight, I have tried a number of times in the past to get her on track but no joy. To my surprise she came to me and asked for my help. We had a chat and a few things she told me really worried me. I don't live at home so I can't monitor what she eats. I know she wouldn't count calories so I thought the easiest method for her would be to count her macros(I do this myself and find it very easy). So I've calculate her TDEE and plan on starting her eating a weekly cal deficit. I think she will be more inclined to stick to this if she's know she only needs to keep a diary of X amount of Protein/Carbs/Fat.

Anyway, I'm not too sure how to divide Macros for her. (I can do this for myself but I doubt my mother wants to be eating 200+grams of Protein a day). Should I take 1g of protein per 1kg of weight for her?? Her TDEE works out at 1921 using Mifflin-St Jeor BMR formula (this takes her height, weight and age into account). At the moment she does no exercise bar a 10min cycle to and from work 3/4 days a week. Getting her to do more exercise is another challenge but at least if I get her diet in check, at least were pointing in the right direction.

While I'm at it, does anyone know any easy exercises that could be done in the home. I was thinking maybe some bodyweight exercises, squats, lunges, standing wall push ups just to get her moving. I know she won't join a gym or a class. Is there any websites worth looking up?

I would really appreciate your advise.
