Too early too cut hedges??

    I have a number of neighbours nearby strimming their Leylandii, hedges etc. Would it generally be considered too early ie still growth left / could still be nesting birds..

    never too early to strim leylandi imo, i trim mine once every few months to keep on top of them. they grow like a weed as i'm sure most here will know.
