    Why is every single thread ever posted on this forum that asks where to get a replacement RP50 form not replied to?

    Where do you actually get a replacement RP50 form?

    Maybe because nobody knows the answer.

    Have you contacted the dept of social protection.

    Yes they gave me a number, when i rang that they gave me another number, which transferred me onto another number.

    Finally i was asked to go down and try get a photocopy from the local social protection office.
