Computer Tech Call-Outs?

Well, I guess I'm not really looking for a genius but more of a decent computer savvy individual or company that does call-outs etc. We use the EA Origin client regularly but since downloading Comodo (firewall), we've had nothing but trouble. Now Origin won't launch at all - it says "You must be online when logging in for first time" at the client login screen. Obviously something is blocking this client communicating with the internet. Anyway, long story short is I'm pulling out my hair in frustration and am more than willing to pay to have this sorted out by someone. I've contacted my ISP provider but they said it was my ports - thus having sorted out my ports, the problem continues....

    Any recommendations?

Just uninstall komodo, use the builtin windows firewall. Watch for popup windows when stuff tries to use network - asks you whether to allow or not.

That's the first thing I did. I uninstalled the firewall but it seems to have left behind some unpleasant habits. For some strange reason, I deleted the Windows Firewall (if that's possible).
