You can new tyres delivered to your door for €110 a piece for the Freelander from a tyre wholesale crowd in co Limerick. Give me a shout if you need their details.

How many you changing, any funny wear pattern on the fronts? You need to keep all 4 tyres closely matched on a Freelander.

Try eiretyres.com, I found them to be pretty good. You need to find someone to fit them but that's trivial enough (beware extras though, some gougers will charge twice as much to fit on alloys).

Camskill in NI have good prices and deliver to your door
I got 5 cooper AT tyres delivered for 550 euro
4 tires in local tyre companies was nearly 900 euro
Good savings to be had shopping online

    Eiretyres.com.....

I'll never buy from local lads again. I was chatting in their office last week and they were looking at what tyres were available and what price, etc. The best they could do was €180 per tyre. Then I pointed out (on their PC screen) that they had paid €89 per tyre... Less than half the price they were charging me!!! I know they have to make a profit, but that's taking the p*ss.

Anyway,I priced on eiretyres.com and they are delivering 4 tyres this week for €458. Any the icing on the cake???? Better tyres than local ones.... :)

Yeah, I went down to the local lads when I was looking around and I barely had time to say what I wanted before he was on the phone "yeah yeah, scorpions". Pirelli make a few different varieties of scorpion and the ones I definitely did not want are Zeros which is undoubtedly what yore man was pricing having not actually listened to the "ATR" that followed. That kind of "knows best" attitude plus poor price performance are why I'll keep going back to online retailers (and that nice Polish guy on Dorset St who charged me 12 bucks each for fitting and no surcharge for the alloys).

The only problem I had with eiretyres was on DPDs end, tyre #5 went in circles for a week in some depot down the country before it finally made its way to my door.
