OP, sounds to me like you're a human being with a sexual fantasy- everyone has them, and most people never act on them. But there's no harm in them, at all. I guarantee everyone has one or two things that get them going that they'd rather keep under their hats- so don't worry about it.

If you like dudes you're gay, if not then straight. You probably know by now anyway.
IMO it's just a fantasy which is completely harmless, just take things as they come, don't worry it too much!
And you don't "have" to come out if you are gay, just take things at your own pace man

What surprises me OP, and I mean this with the greatest of respect, but at 22 years of age, having the vocabulary to inquire about "sissyboys" (tbh that's a term I hadnt heard myself in about 20 years so I had to google it to see did it still mean the same thing!), and mistresses, etc, and being "forced" to please another man, suggests to me that you may have done quite a bit more research on this topic than your next post, which comes across as rather naive in contrast to the above, seems to let on, and would suggest to me that you would already have a fair idea of the answers to these questions already.

Have a look at the answer to question number one. No it doesnt mean anything, and you dont "have" to do anything either. Tbh I'm struggling even to take the OP seriously at this point-

I know it's wrong- This is why you need to question and explore your sexuality more and do some more research. All that is offered here really will be of no benefit to you, because we can only form opinions and offer support and advice based on what you have given us, which to be honest- isnt a whole lot, and chances are it's likely you won't like the answers you're given and you'll want to keep it going and going. Perhaps you need to do some more research yourself first and some more reflection and then you might find better answers to your questions.
