I bought a jersey in lifestyle last sunday (the 12th) and then yesterday found a small hole under the arm and the stitching about to come out. Have I any rights for a replacement or anything even though I wore it before I noticed??

Yes of course you do. Repair or replacement within a reasonable duration of time for the goods to last.

Don't delay though get yourself back as soon as possible.
