Student Centre Levy increase - €183?

Hey, So, erm when was it decided to increase the levy from €158 to €183? I just was checking my account on SIS and noticed the levy fro the 12/13 year is 183. Last year I piad 158. Was this flagged in advance?

The info has been on the UCD website for a while because I've known about it a couple of months. It's a pretty big jump considering it only went up by €4 last year.
