Hey ladies. A total tomboy looking for some direction. :o I've been invited to a wedding in November and am dreading it. I got a dress in Debemhams and it is beautiful but I'm at a loss as to what team it with.

I love the colour as it's really rich with a touch of sparkle and it will suit the season. But I wanted to stay away from the matchy-matchy shoes and bag in a navy/deep blue shade and be a little different. I'm open to any suggestions re: shoes, bag and jewellery but I don't like gold and would rather if my heels weren't skyscrapers (3.5 - 4 inch heel max.) Help a lady out please! :)

Edit: Just seen that it's €26 cheaper now too.... bah!!! :D

Silver looks gorgeous with blue, (fab dress btw) and it would look nice at the time of year too.

Perhaps a white fluffly wrap would look nice to cover up if it were a chilly day, a silver clutch bag and a pair of sparkly/silver shoes would look very pretty too.

    :)

Dress is beautiful but I'm not mad about the top on the model, I don't think it flatters her bust at all.
I would go with silver sandal as well or sling back.

I'm partial to silver, so of course I would suggest some silver sandals and jewellery, but try not to overdo the accessories and let the dress do the talking. Some understated earings and a bracelet would be gorgeous.

If you're not a silver fan, you could try some peachy/pink accessories, or maybe cream, but that might be a bad colour for a wedding. Red sandals could also look nice, but that depends on how confident you are in wearing strong colours.

If you take a look at google for images for something like 'navy dress with red shoes' or 'navy dress with pink shoes' you'll pick up some ideas about how the different colours will look together.

Love the dress, by the way!
