HI I always make my own soud and freeze them, however somethime I do run out and I find soups especially handy for lunch at work. I am wondering could someone recommend a shop bough veggie soup that does not contain - milk, cream or butter thanks

The soupfulls minestrone or beef are seriously low in calories and fat for what you get if that helps?
