    You can get one form in Tesco but unfortunately it contains a ton of added sugar and "juice concentrate" and it's pasteurized which kind of defeats the point. Not paleo friendly.

    Probably best to make it yourself. You can get the mothers on ebay. That selller looks to have pretty good feedback.

    It's something I have been meaning to try myself too but have yet to get around to it.

    Thanks for that, yes i do paleo so the sugar content is important to me but I'd like to try it once before I start looking in to home brew :)

    I've currently brewing kombucha, I initially got the mother from the Happy Pear in Greystones. I'm in Raheny, so get in touch with either of us if you'd like some culture!

    It's tastes great and I haven't had a sniffle since I started it back in the early Summer.

    Oh yeah, and they're free!
