Not many outside of those broadcast from the 28 degrees east satellite position.

The best known include the MBC channels & Dubai One, targeted at the Middle East & North Africa, from the Badr 4 satellite at 26 degrees east. You'll find them all here: http://etfarag.com/Programs/Channels.aspx

You would need at least a 1.1m dish for a chance of decent reception. Have got steady reception with such a dish, for a couple of hours at a time on a temporary setup at my location, but have no long term experience with different weather conditions etc.

The above link shows all that's available free using an existing sky dish. Have a look around the site as you can search for all kinds of parameters such as languages etc.

This site allows you to enter your home location and see exactly which "foreign" satellites you can get and what size dish you might need.
