    The Golden Media Spark Triplex is the very same box and is retailing at €169. The processor on the Golden Media is running at 600MHZ. I note that the Amiko is only operating at 450MHZ which must be due to underclocking.

    I just got the Xoro HRC 9000 Combo Receiver and it is great - a cinch to set up, plays lots of movie formats from usb etc.

    Recommended.

    The Ferguson Ariva 150/250 are great HD combo boxes.

    What the diffrence between the
    Amiko 8900 Alien - Spark & Enigma 2 and theAmiko Alien 2 - Triple Tuner - Spark & Enigma 2 OS?

    Can the two surf the internet?

    8900 Alien only has single sat tuner, newer Alien 2 has dual sat + terrestrial tuner which allows you watch one sat channel and record another
