Not sure if this has been noted before, but if I try to open this thread 'Post your gear - pictures only' in the Instruments forum I get a malware warning as per pic below.

Any idea which post is causing this and whether it can be ignored or not?

These are usually embedded images from URLs that Google have blacklisted as having hosted malware in the past or at present. In this case it's this image from kranog.

The malware doesn't come with it, Google issue the warning to any link off a flagged domain. There is the potential that other links to the same domain may also be malware links that they don't have explicit records of.

Hey guys, getting the same problem with P4 and P7 (40 posts per page) in this thread on the Pro Wrestling forum:

P4 message : www.boards.ie contains content from www.universalwwe.es, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
Google has found malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed, and perhaps try again tomorrow or go somewhere else.
We have already notified www.universalwwe.es that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on www.universalwwe.es, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.

    All other pages are fine.

    P7 message :

Can someone have a look-see, and is there anything I can do?

    Cheers,

    Link to thread?

Otherwise, just right-click "View Page Source", Ctrl+F to find the posts with those sites and edit them out. If it's in a sig, I think mods can disable them on a per post basis, but report the sig anyway to have an admin remove it properly.
