What will happen to the HPAT???

    So I'm sitting the leaving in 2014 and I've heard so much already about the hpat definitely not being there for my year and others say it definitely will so does anyone have any idea what's going on? Or if the hpat does go by my year will it bee replaced by a personal essay or something along those lines? Thanks for all your help

    Nothing has been published so no one outside of the Department of Education etc would know what the plans are. The HPAT will definitely be held in 2013. For the first year doing the HPAT, the plan was released just before the previous summer (about 9 months before the exam), so for any change of plans you probably won't hear until next year.
