Life imitates art yet again. This time a real-life Walter White is wanted after missing a court date.
Walter Eddy White, 55, was on probation in Tuscaloosa County beginning in 2010 after being arrested in 2008 on charges of trafficking methamphetamine, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of precursor materials, according to court documents.

He violated his probation by being caught producing meth a few months ago in some county in Alabama.

He's now on the top 10 most wanted list in Alabama.

You'd think that a man named Walter White would have more than enough cop on not to try and produce crystal meth. He reminds me of the real life Omar Little who was arrested at the start of the year on gun charges.

Thankfully both of them are stupider than their television namesakes and actually get caught.

Fun as it is, Walter White would not be an unusual name and common enough that in the heartland of the USA, one Walter White would happen to be a meth cook. I wonder if he went around with a fedora and had an uncommonly good knowledge of chemistry? That would have topped it all off pretty nicely. :D

(Actually, he looks like he partook of his own supply on a fairly regular basis.)
