On turning on most leds light up but there are no available functions. This happened about a month ago and I left it sit for a day and then it was working fine again. Last night I turned it on for the first time in a week, was working fine, turned it off then back on again and it was doing this and has stayed the same…

Changed power cable and still the problem persists, is this fixable?
