    Hi there,
opperating as a sole trader, wth a BOI business account - is it possible to change from Business Online banking to the good old banking 365?
There are technical and usability issues that make business Online a less than useful solution, so I'd like to switch. Is this possible, and how to do it?
    thanks in adavce

    Hi irishgrover,

Thanks for getting in touch. We've had this query on another thread where the information might help you:
It may be possible to set up a 'trading as' account on banking365. It is normally only personal accounts that can be set up, but it depends on the kind of account you have in particular. We would need to check the account before we could advise correctly of whether you can set it up online or not.

Please be aware that banking365 is designed for personal customers. You will need to make sure it does suit your needs, here are the terms and conditions as there are some limitations that apply to banking365.

To see if your account is eligible, please contact banking365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be able to advise you.

    Thanks,
    Graham
