    Looking for some information please..

In a small rural village, a man who was taken to court by a women (Civil Harrassment), is it possible for the judge to order that man to Move Away from the area ?
I heard that this man who had been in court way back in May was told by the judge to Move Away to the City by mid July. I then heard another story that the man got his landlord to write a letter stating that by the end of august the current landlord would have a suitable accomadtion for this man to rent (Rent Allowence) in the end of august onwards in the City....

All my information is second hand. I would like to know do you think does it sound true?

I am praying that this person does Move Away for my own different reasons!!!!

    Thanks.

Hope he doesn't move near me. Not really fair for the Judge to move the problem to someone elses doorstep.

Normally such things would be phrased as don't go within X distance of place Y or person Z.
