satsklep 80cm dish good enough?

A friend of mine is thinking about getting cyfra for the new football season.

I was looking at the satsklep website, and I seen that they also do sat receivers and dishes. They have this 80cm dish for €17 in steel, or €25 in alluminium. Add €2 for a single lnb.

I was wondering would this dish be good enough to receive cyfra here in the west of Ireland (Mayo).

    It seems very cheap!

Deilvery to Ireland nearly doubles the price but it still isn't a bad price I suppose.

Well I'll be buying the Cyfra subscription card for him off satsklep anyway, so if I get the alluminium dish with single lnb for €27, and the SD Cyfra receiver which costs €18, it would work out a very good deal for combined postage.

Postage costs with UPS for the lot is €22.

Only thing I'd be worried about, is the dish good enough?

    Just to mention folks,

I recently got a 90cm dish but i have three lnbs on a bar to avail ofg extra satelites alongside hotbird, i am based in Irish midlands.

Tonight i have no signal for Canal Gol, 0% signal quality and 35% signal quality on the other Canal channels.

Any ideas what the problem is? no really raining outside either?

@irish homer, you dont say what 3 sats you are getting but to make it work properly you make the prime focus sat the weakest one and you should use best sat cable and best lnb's and a receiver with a sensistive tuner plus a high gain dish ie good quality but if you have the kit already say what you have. alignment is the key and it takes patience. i am sure i have seen positings on here for multi lnbs set ups. the 90cm should be good enough. the black ultra lnb is best.

Yes I have three lnbs, Hotbird is now placed centrally for best position, also Astra 1 ans Astra 2 I think. Working well now so far fingers crossed. :)
