Strongest winds for dublin bay are looking to be between 10 and 2pm

Will know more when the next run comes out in a half hour. High tide is also at 10am so would coincide with the strongest winds... im live in Finglas myself :)

Anywhere from Howth to Dunlaoghaire id imagine would be best...

As much as I like the idea of getting shots of a dramatic sea...how do you plan on taking your camera out into heavy rain and gale force winds?

I'd use the plastic bag method ... With the lens off the camera pinch a hole at the end of a bag and reverse it over the body then... Then if ya wanted ya can do the same with the lens using the lens cap :)
