    Hi,

I have an Epson Stylus SX215 printer, I want to print a doc in black 'nd white/grayscale, however it won't let me print because I'm out of magenta ink  I've tried to change the settings but no budge on the printers part  can anyone shed some light on this!

    Thanks

Inkjet printers need ink in all cartridges to print. The usual excuse is that by leaving an empty cartridge in too long gives time for the ink head to dry up. you'll need to replace the magenta even to print b&w
