    hi guys,

i was out for a spin last nite for first time in 2012 due to a torn hamstring in Jan, was playing ball two weeks back @ begining of April and broke my ankle, tore all ligaments in it and a small tare in my achilles.. so the fitness wasnt great..

took off last nite from rathmines and decided to go up round Howth Hill as fair we challenge, so doodled out and when i was on the hill i could see a guy ahead of me but i couldnt catch him at all and expended most of my energy at it.. he stopped at the top i zoomed on by..

on the way back in from Sutton to Fairview there was a cutting head/side wind and a torture to cycle in. I was at a set of lights waiting for the green and he came up and timed in to pull in front and said pull in behind so we chained it into fairview where he turned off as i was trying to keep up..

HE HAD A RED TOP AND A BDO GET BACK CHALLENGE SHORTS ON AND JUST WANTED TO EXTEND A THANK YOU FOR PULLING ME IN ALONG THE SEAFRONT VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

    James
