DVD-RW, Online back up the list is endless.

If you don't already have a back-up naughty you back of class - sort something out or you'll regret it later on. I've seen external DVD-RW drives go for a tenner on adverts.ie

External HDD would be my suggestion though in all honesty.

Easiest is to remove the disk from old pc and attach in new as a slave drive. Or if you don't like opening things and fiddling with internal cables, a router and 2 ethernet cables is the easiest. Router doesn't need to be online. Share the folder on old pc by rightclick->Sharing-and-security, then attach network drive from Tools menu in Explorer on new pc. Or you could use an external drive or USB stick.
