i am a newbie Triathlete and need to get a bike. I have hybrid at the moment but obviously i want to get a "proper" bike.

I am female but am happy to get a mans bike (i am 5'10")

i have been into Cycle superstore and the Rapierre caught my eye. At this early stage all i want is an entry level so all the spec doesnt really mean anything to me (yet :D)

I dont really like the Treks or Giants....dont know why. i just dont like them... one bike that has defintely caught my eye is the Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Xenon. Its a stunning bike i just must have it. :P I cant really find anywhere that stock them though. Have seen online a few places in Belfast and UK etc that will deliver for around the 950 stg mark....didnt really want to spend that much but i keep going back to it. I was hoping for 500 to 700 ish.

I cant get the back to work scheme as i have already got a bike on it so a few more years to wait til next one.

    what to do??

I live in Wicklow so am neat some good bike shops (Bray, Greystones) but nothing compares to my Bianchi...

Joe Hollingsworth, of www.mycycle.ie on the Kilmacud Road, Dundrum, do Bianchi's, and always have a selection in stock anytime I've been in there.

They're great to a deal with too.

thats the one i want-i am loving that colour, but its a tough one to find in the lower level ranges. Theres a black one that is a good price SORA mix, for about 850 euros... but i want the Celeste...am so picky!

I've got a printout of a bianchi via nirone 7 105 on my desk!
I'm about to buy my first road bike and want the whole 105 groupset on a nice frame without flowers (because us girls obviously need flowers on our frames?!)
Cycled over to Harrys last week for a test drive, but they only had a 46" frame :(
I should have asked about frame sizes available before cycling over..
    but anyway - gorgeous bike.
doesn't have option to take paniers tho and that's one of my possible needs..

Forget the Dublin bike shops - you need to go here: http://blog.visitstockholm.com/bianchi-cafe-and-cycles-in-stockholm-857

Was in Stockholm a few weeks ago and couldn't believe it when I came across this place. Bought a coffee there but didn't think I could survive arriving home with another bike in my luggage.

£759 is the cheapest that I could find it with Xenon in your desired colour and available in pretty much all the sizes. This site has a good selection of this Bianchi model so it could be worth having a look at what they have. Only £20 delivery charge.

I disagree, found them to be rude and useless on several occasions. Live less than 3 mins walk from the place but wouldn't even darken the door to buy a tube to be honest.

    Each to their own though.
