Is there anyway of getting a location from a photo?

I keep seeing these beautiful images on Stumbleupon and would love to know where they are. I thought you could find out camera details someway but is there an ability to find out where it is?

a 30 sec search on google images for similar pictures found this on the second page
can't confirm if that's the place they say but looks good to me
