    Pre and post would be banana for me.

    Pre workout I would try eat it about 90mins ish before and post I just stuff it in my face the minute I can get my hands on it

    I read banana and oranges are good fruits to eat before workout because they can prevent cramps.

    if your cramping i suggest higher water intake. eating a banana an hour before training wont stop cramping happening.
