    Hi all,
we are looking for a patio heater to mount on a wall out our back garden so we can utilise our decking longer than the summer months. We are looking for a small heater that can be mounted on an exterior wall, im sure ive seen them somewhere before.... any suggestions would be welcomed. Woodies, argos etc dont have any having looked

Can't say it's cheap but it seems to be what your looking for:

    Best I could find.

    hi all,
just to bump this thread a little bit. Ive spoken to a few people and they say that any electrical patio heater would cost a fortune to run. But ive also heard that the gas stand alone heaters for patios are a waste of time as they dont heat as well as you would expect them to?
has anyone any advice or experience with either and recommend what a solution might be for a 10ft x 10ft patio?
    Thanks in advance

    Admittedly not electrical.

Not electrical, but to be honest I prefer it :)

    Each to their own

if it wasnt for the fact that I have 2 kids under the age of 3yrs I would be looking at the chimneys alright. But their little hands wouldn't be able to resist the temptation of touching them and it could end in disaster...

    Hi All,
decided to go with a gas patio heater. Went to pick it up yesterday and got it demo'd by the guy who was selling it and it was working fine. I brought it home and put my own regulator & bottle on it but now I cant get it to light. There is gas in the bottle as I was using it for bbq. The spark on the ignition switch is sparking but no pilot light ignites. Any ideas on where to start ? Last night i held the pilot switch in position for over two mins as I read that it could take a while for the gas to travel through the tube, but still no ignition.
    Thanks

problem solved... pressure to low in canister. Refilled canister now works grand.
