Hey, I really love DIY stuff and I love doing everything myself with tools on car, on pc and other stuff. So far in car I been only taking of door panels to replace and re-wire speakers + replacing head unit.

I was wondering how much of time/cost/bother is car repainting? It's a small 5 door hatchback, I don't have my own garage but I am parked in underground garage with lots of space. Is there any way I can repaint car? or is it too much hassle? Atm it's kind of crappy orangish/dark-pinkish color which I dont quite like. So is this possible to do manually?

Way too much hassle, a proper respray will cost you plenty of money and add nothing in value.

You will never get any kind of finish in an underground car park. There is too much dust and exhaust emissions.

Also it would need to be sprayed an the chances of a breeze going through the carpark will cause the over spray to go onto other vehicles and you will end up with a massive bill if that happens.

What about renting one of those small units in industrial areas, that are like 60 square metres and are like 80 euro a week? Would that work?

You need to sand the whole car first then prime, paint, clear coat.
It's a hassle but if you're willing to learn then go ahead :)
You won't really be able to use the car during the time you're working on it.

What kind of room/place would be required for it to be done? I mean if parking lot is bad spot then where can I? Is there any places that can rent you out specific room for short period of time? :D

You need a place with good ventilation but not windy.
It should be big enough for the car and have room for you to maneuver and be able to store doors and other things you remove from car, plus all the equipment.
You'll probably get paint everywhere too so it has to be somewhere where this is ok.

If I was you I'd try to get someone who has done it before (maybe a pro doing a nixer) and do it together, you still have to pay but you'll learn too.

Really it depends on how good you want it to be. In theory you can clean and sand the car and just paint it with spraycans...
