    Hi,

Apologies, I am new to house hunting, and need to double check something:

if I put a bid on a property, can I still pull out from buying that property if I change my mind or bank refuses? and what would the consequences be?

    Any advice appreciated,

    Thanks, el

Making an offer costs nothing. You can withdraw anytime.

If you've paid a deposit however things can change.

You're ok right up until you sign on the contract. After that, you might get caught for money. So only sign when you are 100%.
