Excel 2010 Recover File

    Hi,

    I was working on a file from our server yesterday and when i was finished I saved it back to the server. Someone in the office deleted the file today and we were albe to recover a copy of the file from a backup. The recovered file is only from yesterday morning and I've lost all the work that I had done on the file yesterday. I was wondering is there would be a copy of the file on my own workstation in a temp folder? Or would there be another way to recover the file? It would save me doing a fulls day work on the same file again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional info.
