The blurb on the Permanent TSB site (https://www.permanenttsb.ie) says "Have you been affected by Ulster Banks recent technical issues?"

    Nothing more frustrating eh?

Click on PTSBS online service Open 24 ...

"We apologise for this interruption of service to our Internet Banking Service. "

A small bit irritating maybe, but there's no issue in processing transactions; it looks like it's just internet banking and it's a maintenance issue; all banks do this at some time.

If it's an emergency, telephone banking is still working. Or call into the branch.

The Ulster Bank issue was an industrial scale disaster. I don't think they compare really.
