Which wirless alarm?!

    Hi all, hoping some of the expertise here can help me out!

    I'm in the market for a house alarm, its an old-ish house and not pre-wired for an alarm so I'm guessing the best option is a wireless alarm?

    Basically what I need is something to cover 11 windows, 2 doors and 3 hallways/landing (so 13 contact/inertia switches and 2/3 Pirs?). Also I would like to be able to receive alerts via sms, and possibly arm and dis arm the alarm via sms. There is no land line in the house and probably will not be for the foreseeable future.

    What are my options for monitoring if i wish to go down that route?
