Low Folate Levels

Hello, I got routine blood test results back this morning, and while everything else is tickety boo, the doctor highlighted low folate levels and suggested I take a Clonfolic supplement. (I'm choosing to ignore the fact that this supplement is for women who are planning a pregnancy, because I am most certainly not :P )

I wondered whether any you Boardsies had experienced a similar deficiency, and if so, did you fix it through your diet rather than a supplement? I know that liver (urgh! ) and some green veggies contain folate but is there anything else you've tried? I will of course be following my doctor's advice, but I'm interested in hearing from others in a similar position.

    Thanks :)
