    Its amazing snowing in Africa.

Last year I thought it was a sign of a cold winter for us.

I remember last year it snowed on ground level in New Zealand and I thought it would be a cold winter here as well. But I was wrong.

Don't forget though that Jo'burg is well over 5,500 ft above sea level.

    .

I was there at this time 2 years ago and it was well away from snow.

22 recorded days of snow in 103 years?

I'm not a fan of Johannesburg as a city, a horrible dusty orange/brown/beige metropolis so a nice sprinkling of ice goodness does slightly improve it..

I remember they had a problem with black ice on the roads during the 2010 WC
