5k Trail Race in Rathdrum, Wicklow - 19th August, Includes Breakfast!!!

    Ok, I'm posting this up for a friend of mine! There will be a 5k trail race, and Breakfast held on Sunday August 19th, in the lovely Avondale grounds in Rathdrum, Wicklow. The race start will be at 9.30am (registration from 8.30), entry for this will be only €10, and will be chiptimed!! The Breakfast then will be at 11am, in a marquee beside Avondale house. The Breakfast will cost 15euros. You can enter the race on the morning (entry will close at 9.15am sharp), but if you want the breakfast also, you need to pre-enter beforehand, by calling or texting Billy Porter on 087 2928660. The race is run under Athletics Ireland licence (in conjunction with Parnell AC), and all proceeds of the Race and Breakfast will go to the Wicklow Hospice Foundation!

    €15 breakfast? Wow!

    Think your title should be changed to optional breakfast.

    I ran this yesterday, well run small entry event for a great local charity.

    Anyone know where I can get the results?

    Up on Slicualann.com now! Nice morning for it, I had to leg it off straight away after though to make the National League final in Tullamore, missed the breakfast and all ugh!
