    Hi all,

My Dad's car is due it's nct. Unfortunalty my Dad is very ill and will not be able to bring the car for the test. I was wondering if I could bring it in for him? I know you normally have to bring your driving licence with you. This is making me think that the owner has to bring the car in for test.
