Advice on surround sound please

    Hey guys. Im looking for a surround sound system for the living room mostly for my xbox 360, price range max 350 euro

    have seen this on harvey norman

    do you tink it owuld be any use or could you recommend something else.

    Not looking for HUGE sound or anything just that surround feel from the system

    I am not an xbox user but that system only shows an RCA input as being available, I would assume for xbox you need an optical or HDMI input in order to take advantage of sound properly.

    I'd browse some of the recent threads here, or else stick up a post of your own with what you want and your budget.

    Do you want a system with built in DVD or Bluray? These can be quite limited input wise and cost WAY too much for what they are. Have you looked at the option of high end PC speakers? Something like the logitech Z906 has 2 optical and 1 coaxial digital inputs so you could hook up your XBOX, a DVD/Bluray player, SkyHD box etc. They can be had for well within your budget.
