[Wanted] 2 French girls looking for house/flat share for next year in Maynooth

Hello everyone !
We are two friends, Emilie and Clémentine, studying literature next year in the university of Maynooth. We are 22 and postgraduate student.
We would like to share a house or a flat with english speaking people. We would like one room each and we can't pay over 450 euros per month for the rent.
We are planning to arrive in town august the 31st or september the 1st.
We are quite flexible on the type of accomodation, we just have a few criterion. We would like to be able to invite family and friends home (not all the time, not all year long, don't worry ). We'd also prefer if there wasn't a cat or a dog living in the house (allergies' issue). If the house/flat is in a reasonnable distance of the university and/or town center, it would be nice : )

Also contact Maynooth Sturdents Union and they will put you onto local contacts who might be able to help.
