Reference S.I. for boundaries

    Can anyone direct me to an S.I. that has definition of boundary?

    I have had a look at Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 (SI 27 of 2009) but not what looking for I don't think... Couldnt find it at least.

    Issue with neighbour and just want to have correct info in case it goes further.

    Not looking for any advise just reference at this stage.
