    Hi just wondering what the waiting time is on the call Back service? Couldn find anything on the site

    Hi Old Perry,

    Our turnaround for callbacks, if they relate to residential sales (priceplans) is generally 2-3 days. It is usually sooner for business/energy service callbacks, due to the lower volumes received.
